The Orion Group

The Orion Group operates a nationwide network which provides specialist transport and logistics services to a wide range of NZ based customers (primarily across the dairy and poultry business sectors).  Our group of companies are proudly New Zealand owned and operated. 

 The Orion Group comprises the transport and logistics operations of the following industry leading companies: 

• Orion Haulage Limited 
• Actus Transport (NZ) Limited 
• Kalsada Transport Limited 

Orion Haulage Limited was established in 2001 and is the founding company within the group.  Since then we have sought to expand and diversify our operations and have added other companies and ventures as specific opportunities have arisen.  

 As a group of companies, we pride ourselves on developing strong relationships with our key customers and across our supply chain – ensuring our customers are provided with an exemplary standard of customer service.  Our goal is to work with our customers, to understand their needs and requirements – this enables us to provide specifically designed and targeted services to the benefit of the customer.
